The bright yellow pods of Golden Wax remind us of its deliciously buttery flavor. It's a bean without blemishes or strings, and each pod will grow between 4-5" long--making it a perfect bean for gardens of any size. Like most beans, Golden Wax is high in antioxidants, and contains high levels of vitamins, K, A and C, meaning this vegetable has anti-inflammatory properties.
